Labels and nameplates are commonly used for aesthetic or informative applications. Most labels are produced on plastics by a variety of processes including Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Hot Foil or Offset. The process selection is determined by application and cost. Some labels are required for regulatory compliance and conformance are made from specific materials such as steel or aluminium and generally referred to as Nameplates.
